In the field since: First job in Veterinary medicine was in 2009, then I took a break in 2013 to be a mom until starting Veterinary Technician school in 2019.

Owned by: Gus, a 3 year old lab mix; Holly, a 14 year old Papillon; JC, a 13 year old Papillon; and Ellie, a 10 year old Chihuahua mix. Also have 5 cats, a husband, an 8 year old boy, and a 6 year old boy.

What I love most about what I do: I love watching the excitement of a new puppy or kitten joining a family. It’s such a privilege to be able to watch the babies grow up with their families.

Who I am when I'm not at Davis Animal Hospital: I mostly spend my free time with my two boys and husband.

You would be surprised to know that: Although not much in Veterinary Medicine grosses me out, anything that has to do with Human Medicine makes me very squeamish!
