What to tell your Clients:

Have them visit our Referral Page for basic information on what to expect, post-care instructions, and directions to our office.

Our consultation fee is $135.00. This may be waived if the pet goes to surgery. This fee does not include any additional fees such as sedation and radiographs during their first appointment. (if needed.)

After we receive the referral form, we will contact your client and schedule an appointment time that is convenient for them.

We will do our best to honor your clients scheduled appointment; however, fracture and emergency cases receive priority and at times we may need to reschedule your clients routine evaluation. We will remind your client that their wait time may be longer than expected due to the unpredictable nature of these appointments.

We ask that the client bring along all of the medications their pet is currently taking.

If radiographs have been taken please e-mail a copy to dahsurgeon@gmail.com or send your client with a disk . (If applicable.)
